Just as the Lord led the Israelites out of Egypt, He also led men and women who yearned, and searched for freedom from tyranny, to the shores of America. Yes, England was America's Egypt, and the Tabernacle was America's growing population of Christians. God blessed America, and dwelt within her borders. America was founded on Godly principles, by Godly men. We became the United States of America, because of Divine Providence. We became a nation dedicated to freedom, liberty, and equal justice. It was through prayer, and allegiance to God's laws, that America withstood the tests of revolutionary war, the civil war, world wars I and II. The Lord blessed this country with brave and wise founders, who, in essence wrote two of the most profound documents in all of history; the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the United States of America. Founders who dedicated their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to give us this Republic, that has been a beacon for those searching for freedom throughout the world.
Things have changed in this nation, as the Israelites did, so have we turned our backs on our Lord who blessed with so much. We as a nation have elected leaders who literally shake their fists at God, and profess we don't need God anymore. We live in a nation where millions of unborn babies are murdered every year, yet we are so intent on protecting the flora and fauna. Our nation has begun to worship the earth, instead of it's Creator. Suffice to say, I believe that God is no longer pleased with America, this country is no longer the Tabernacle where the Lord resides. It is imperative that all of America read, and heed the scripture, 2Chronicles 7:14, before it's too late.
This country needs revival in two ways: Spiritual, and Patriotic. I challenge all the Pastors and priests to research the " Black Robe Regiment". I challenge the rest of us to research, and revive the "Son's of Liberty." I will probably be investigated for the Sons of Liberty suggestion.
" If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and posterity forget that you were our countrymen." (Samuel Adams, 1722~1803)
In case you haven't noticed, there is a new kind of morality being established in this nation, and that is the "lack of all morality." There is a time for every man to take a stand for what is right, and good. That time is now!!!
