AMERICA'S BIGGEST THREAT, THE THREAT FROM WITHIN

"THE REPUBLIC'S ENEMY NO. 1
    Obama's most recent step to complete and total control over America and it's people.  (For those who are unsure, that's us!) 
  As if implementing the new EPA Carbon Cap this Tuesday wasn't enough, the Big "O" has decided to usurp even more power by a secret vote and signing legislation that will essentially withdraw power from the Bill of Rights, and move that power to, you guessed it, the President himself.  Oh, did you misunderstand me, or did I make an error?  No, I did not, this piece of legislation H.R. 347 (to be exact), was actually drafted by Sen. John McCain (R) and Sen. Carl Levin (D).  They merely drafted the bill, it was actually voted on and passed by our (supposed) conservative congress.  Make no mistake about it, there is something very big and very sinister about to happen within this government.  There are no, or at least very few conservatives left in D.C..  Leftists, Communists, Maoists, Socialists and Progressives are in control, and I'm not sure we can stop them.  Both sides of the aisle have been corrupted and they are voting our very Constitutional rights away, and with every stroke of his pen, Obama makes another stride toward his dictatorship over the United States.  Obviously, with the blessing of congress.  There was a time when We the People could take stock in the fact that we had rights and liberties that were protected under the Constitution, that's not the case anymore my friends, not by a long shot.  The essence of H.R. 347, more commonly referred to as the "McCain-Levin US Citizen Imprisonment Bill".  The bill, in effect does away with the Fourteenth Amendment's "due-process under the law clause which mandates:  "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."  Obama quickly signed the bill and issued a signing statement outlining his newly acquired powers.  Obama's statement reads:  " I have concluded that section 1022 provides the minimally acceptable amount of flexibility to protect national security.  Specifically, I have signed this bill on the understanding that section 1022 provides the Executive branch with broad authority to determine how best to implement it, and with the full and unencumbered ability to waive any military custody requirement, including the option of waiving appropriate categories of cases when doing so, is in the national security interests of the United States.Simply put, although section 1022 provides a thin structure, one sentence "protection" for US citizens and legal alien residents, Obama claims he can now affect its subordination to his will and use the "national security" excuse to eliminate due process for anyone who may oppose him and or his policies.  Do we fully comprehend what extensive powers the congress has just given the President?  Given the mere notion that for example, yours truly "The Watchman" offends and speaks out with the truth against Barack Obama, he (Obama) can declare me a threat to (his) national security.  He can then have me arrested, thrown into prison, no filing of charges, no trial, no chance for release, or escape.  Does the term "political prisoner" ring a bell?  Obama's eminent crackdown on those he will term "subversives", who we call "patriots", won't begin with someone like me, I'm small potatoes, but it won't end with me either.  The time will come when a parent will slip and say something derogatory about the President or his policies in front of his children.  The child will tell his public school teacher what daddy or mommy said about the President, and when little Johnny or little Mary gets home from school that afternoon, daddy or mommy, or both will never be heard from again.  Think I'm talking an impossibility here?  Speak with the German folks from Hitler's youth.  The youth were indoctrinated in school (sound familiar?) to rat on their own parents, many of them did, and many parents disappeared. 
  Is it any wonder that Obama shows little concern over being re-elected in 2012?  Is it any wonder that he felt totally confident when he spoke to La Raza a few weeks back, and told them not to worry about amnesty, "he still has 5 more years to accomplish what he promised them."?  Is it any surprise that Obama told the Russians that "he will have more flexibility after the 2012 election" to gut our military even more than he already has?  Either the man has an exorbitant amount of confidence in himself, or he has an alternate plan, in case the Democratic Election thing doesn't look like it's going to work out for him. 
  In my opinion, America has a lot to fear, but not necessarily from outside our borders.  A healthy fear of our own President and his schemes would be most beneficial at this time.  This President has managed to usurp the power of the people as no other President in history.  He has taken every step to destroy the economy, gain power over energy, transportation, food and even water.  He has managed to turn a once thriving nation with a work ethic that was the envy of the world, into a nanny entitlement, government dependent pathetic nation of narcissistic sheeple.  He has divided the people by race, class, and gender, he is not inept, he is not stupid, he is not clueless, he knows a nation divided within itself can not stand, and America is folding up like a rusty old lawn chair. 
  Please Google HR 347, or " USA under Siege" or Canada Free Press archives, read it for yourself, if you're not convinced that Barack Obama is this "Republic's Enemy #1", then I can't help you.  You may be confused about my use of the "Canada Free Press", well here is their motto:  "Because Without America there is no free world."  They are right!
