YOU INHERITED WHAT FROM WHO, AND WHEN?

If I hear Obama, or Pelosi, or Reid say "We inherited this messed up economy from the Bush administration, I'm going to vomit. The liberal, bought and paid for Obama media, is constantly complaining that Obama is getting a bad rap, because he is just cleaning up George Bush's mess. The blame Bush for everything is really getting old. C'mon Obama, you've been in office for 2 years, and all you've done is triple the deficit that was your inheritance. The plain truth however, is that you didn't inherit the poor economy from the Bush administration at all. The truth is you inherited this economy from yourself, and your own liberal/Progressive congress. I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's break things down, and put them in perspective, shall we?

George Bush served as President from 2001-2009, during his administration, or at least up to 2007, our economy boomed. On September 11, 2001, the United States was attacked by Islamic Terrorists. Through the smoke and burning rubble of what was left of the World Trade Center, the new president, George Bush, united this country. Our economy took a nose dive, as never before in history. It was under the leadership of George Bush, that our economy was not only restored, but it flourished as never before. George Bush was faced with an enormous task, as no other president since Franklin Roosevelt, after the attack on Pearl Harbor.

America recovered from the attack on September 11, 2001, because we had a president who had an undying faith in God Almighty. A President who prayed for strength and guidance in his decisions. And with Gods help, our country not only survived the 9/11 attacks, but America became even stronger, and more resolute. So what happened in 2007? America was at war in Iraq, and Afghanistan, men were dying, as so often happens in war. The enemy of America began instilling hate for Bush, and his administration. The enemy I speak of are the Progressives on the left, who by the way are running this country even as I write this Blog. In 2007 the Middle East wars were so unpopular, that the Progressive left were able to gain control of both the House and the Senate. It was at that point in time, during the Bush administration, that George Bush, for all intensive purposes became a lame-duck president. It is important to note, that Federal Budgets do not come from the White House, they come from congress. Another important fact, the Democrats controlled congress since January 2007, they also controlled the budget process for Fiscal Years 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. For Fiscal year 2009, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid were able to bypass President Bush entirely through their super majority in the House and Senate, it was then that the massive Omnibus Spending Bill was passed.

Let's also note that the one and only Barack Hussein Obama was a member of the Senate during that period when these massive spending bills were passed. If Barack Obama and his administration inherited any deficit, it was from Fiscal Year 2007, and that was the last of the Republican budgets. The deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After the Democrats in congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who by the way, voted for the the budgets. It was the Democrats that were responsible for the economy that Barack Obama inherited. The deficit tripled under the Democratic congressional control, George Bush had nothing to do with it, but Barack Obama did, oh yes, Barack Obama did.

And, Barack Obama is still spending money America doesn't have for things America doesn't need, and we are now bordering on a national debt near 20 trillion dollars. Some perspective: If you could spend one dollar every second, it would take 31,000 years to spend 1 trillion dollars, how long will it take to pay back 20 trillion? You do the math. No, I don't want to hear the George Bush did it, excuse, not any more...
